ABOUT ME

Karon grew up in real estate with a broker father who also designed and built custom homes in the Zionsville area. She worked several jobs for her father growing up where she learned the significance of building relationships, and the dedication to one’s craft. When Karon began her real estate career, she chose to continue her father’s legacy of building trusting and dedicated relationships with each family she represents.

When you are buying a home whether it be your first home, forever home, or whether you are upsizing or downsizing, the process can be a long and challenging one. Patience is the key, and Karon’s motto is “let me be your patience”. Trust in her expertise of the process and understanding of the market will help make your experience the exciting and pleasant one it is meant to be.

Selling a home is a deeply personal and emotional process. When you are selling your family home, you are letting go of the home that built your family and dreams, and by creating a relationship of trust and dependability with her clients, Karon’s goal is to ease that process.

When Karon isn’t working, she and her husband, Lance, enjoy hiking, boating, traveling and relaxing by their firepit. They have a goal of day hiking the Appalachian Trail in all 14 states from Georgia to Maine. When they aren’t on the trail, they enjoy time at their little cabin on Crooked Lake as a getaway, and family time with their children, Ian, his wife Lauralee and their daughter Emery Evan, her husband Sean, and their daughters Collette, and Brynn.
